Her background as an economist and her entrepreneurial spirit shaped her journey and empowered her to start up this company in 2019 with a focus on leadership coaching. With an innate intuition and a sharp analytical mind, she excels in pinpointing the root causes of limitations and also grasping the dormant potential. Her holisitc experience, the high-impact practices and her extensive toolkit are catalysts to awaken these dormant potentials.
She carries a deep fascination for transformation which brought her to uplevel to guide transformation efforts on all levels of scale with a special interest in culture transformation.
She is a dedicated guide and challenger, supporting individuals, teams, and organizations willing to step out of their comfort zones and step into their thriving zone.
Fabienne is a social entrepreneur at heart and rejoices in bringing people together from all walks of life.
With seven years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors across multiple countries, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to the team.
In her current role, she manages the organizational side of the coaching journey. Beyond that, she’s at the forefront of innovation, co-creating cutting-edge digital coaching journeys that empower individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.
