Life for me is about growing and unfolding.
I came to understand that life is not happening to me, but for me. Life offers us learning
opportunities and challenges us with situations to grow and evolve.
Have you ever realized that you attract the same uncomfortable situations or the same kind of
people or partners over and over again?
Or did you hold a certain belief and it was shattered brutally?
How about thinking the same thought over and over again?
How about recurring feelings of anxiety or insecurity?
That for me is an invitation from life itself to have a closer look what is happening and to start
questioning. I am not talking about blaming the outside world but go within and have a look at
your own mind.
Life itself is the best teacher.
